Rules and Regulations for Renters at Bay Point Condos

All units are non-smoking - smoking permitted on decks
Check-in time is 3:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
No pets are allowed in the condos
Fish should be cleaned at the cleaning station on dock #2
Loud, late parties in the condo or common areas is not allowed. Quiet time is from 11:00 pm to 8:00 am
Renters are responsible for any damage
Parking passes are required, ask for a parking pass
Boats and Personal Water Craft must be stored in a slip
Trailers cannot be parked overnight in the parking lot
No towels or other articles are to be hung from the decks
Absolutely no glass in the pool area or decks
No Fishing is permitted from the pool area deck
Free standing grills can only be used in the common area or on the back decks. Only gas grills are allowed
